The Roundtable has a simple idea: to put the S&C volleyball coaches in direct comparison, without slides and without presentations. Only those who work on the field with athletes every day, live streaming for an international audience.

Two days on the schedule. One is dedicated to women's volleyball, with 4 S&C Coaches who compare on different methods, experiences and ways of understanding the performance. The second is instead all on men volleyball, same with 4 coaches, who bring to the table their experiences and methods that they bring in their daily work.

There are no interventions to follow one after the other: it is a real comparison, between professionals who know the job well but who rarely have the opportunity to talk about it publicly with each other, much less with colleagues from other countries.

The basic idea is to let different experience, data and points of view meet on the same table, to show the participants how the best volleyball trainers really think, in women's as well as in men's.
